Pop`s Pizza & Pasta in Federal Way

My friend got food poisioning from eating your guys roast beef. I've heard about this place before and i been meaning to try it. But after hearing and seeing him like that. I dont think ill be going here anytime soon and i will discourage people to continue going here.

Great food and our server, Chris, was the very best.

Nice place with spacious outside seating. Decent bar food and great atmosphere. No drink menus and waitresses didn’t seem interested in naming the selection of beers available. Most of the staff were wearing face masks under their nose and under the chin. None seem to be using hand sanitizers after touching each persons food and drinks. I never saw anyone sanitize a table after customers left. If you don’t care about Covid-19 this is a great place. If you do care about Covid-19 steer clear of this place.

Stopped in today for their lunch special. Food was great and super fast! Servers and bartenders were all nice! Huge bar and tons of TVs to catch any game. Highly recommended checking this place out.

Food is amazing and servers were working hard, but they are not following IDPH protocol. Servers not wearing masks over their noses, no one requiring masks for patrons seating themselves, no one wearing masks in/to the bathroom. Likely won't be back.

Decent food. Bar prices are fair. Great place to watch your favorite sport.

Just stopped for a beer. Service was good. Beer was cold. What more could you ask for?

They used to have a fog machine which was phenomenal. They don’t have it anymore. No reason to go back.

Pretty good eats. A long while back I had a Tuna Melt here and it was delectable and only $6.99 (or so). Folks here did an amazing job with the renovation after the fire. Although their site doesn't have the menus for some reason, they have specials posted outside for people to check out.

Great lunch specials! They also show PPV events.

There is no reason to make everythink more costly, not having a tap might save some cost, but cutting out the Lunch special? Bring back the Codfish!

I am the Hard Rock Critic, had an awesome lunch at pop's. Haven't been here since the remodle, but i have to say for the industrial look they went with not bad not bad at all. Hat the lunch special which was a great price for soup and 21 piece shrimp. Good service and relaxed atmosphere. First time here, it was a good experience and good food. Service was a little slow and the server seemed unnatentive but that didn't distract from the curtousy of the other employees.

If there is a problem with the order or if someone forgot to make it be honest with the customer. I was given a ridiculous excuse. Just be honest. Everybody makes mistakes.

Walked in and place is almost empty, hostess tells us they are short staffed because someone called off. Two servers approach hostess and begin arguing as to who gets us. While the arguing is going on, we are standing at the hostess stand FOR 7 MINUTES! I finally ask if we can be seated while they work it out. We had 4 people serve us all saying they were our "temporary server" while we waited for "someone they called in" and should be here in 20 minutes. Why should patrons be aware of all of the issues within an establishment?!? Please, just seat us and feed us!!!!!

It's okay mostly old people. Food is good and they have drink specials.

They take great care of our private parties. They're noshes are always great.

I celebrated my nomination today in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a fine evening and the restaurant was definitely the reason for that strong gathering. The stuff participated in a splendid style, the meals were very good and my guests were extremely delighted. We shall absolutely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

I come to this outstanding place many times since I enjoy the good mood that is part of this restaurant. The staff is extremely cordial and well trained. The service is exceptionally quick. Most important, the food you get is excellent. I have been there many times and I was always happy. The price is decent. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

The wait staff is wonderful. Boneless wings are amazing, but the pizza is either delicious or bad. I have been here at least 10 times and it has always been the case. I really come back because the staff is so great. Some consistency would benefit this place, especially because it's called Pops pizza.

Despite how busy they were, the service didn't dip. Food is perfect and staff is surprisingly professional for a sports bar. Aside from that they have a million TV's playing every major game so you can enjoy from literally any angle.

Tried this place in the past with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I liked the great atmosphere and fresh dishes and beverages. Highly recommended.

The first time we ordered delivery our order never showed up. When I called over an hour later they told me I never ordered. This time we ordered a pizza and 2 soups. The soups showed up and they forgot our pizza. The soups were cold. I called them and told them we don't want a cold pizza showing up. They told us it was in a warmer and would be hot and there was nothing they could do to compensate. Pizza showed up 20 minutes later, cold! It was terrible. Customer service is the worst. We are done ordering from here.

Very good food. Weather was excellent.

Multiple times have gone to get a slice for carry out, only to be told they are OUT OF PIZZA. How is it possible that a pizza restaurant runs out of pizza? You can’t expect people to wait 30 minutes for something that you’re advertising as always available and ready to go.

Food was served cold and waitress was in a bad mood and provided very poor service. Not sure I will go back!!

Currently sitting here as we speak. 25minutes in no waitress asked the bartender about 5 minutes ago for someone to come to our table and no one came. 2 useless security guys following each other around, not helping anyone or carding like bouncers or security should, just wasting money. Pretty bad place compared to the first joint, since they burned down the original pops.Side of nachos without melted cheese and only cheese. Asked for manager who has sat in the back the entire time, never apologized, waived nachos from bill. Horrible experience.

I go to this restaurant quite a bit! This is the best place to eat. I go to this spot routinely. The food is just great, the team is helpful and the charge is affordable. I like meeting in this place for a rich meal.

Fish fry was good but Waited 45 minutes for a second piece of fish at the all you can eat fish fry .. server was very forgetful I asked for separate checks we didn't get separate checks ..we asked for a glass of water he never brought it so we have to ask somebody else to bring it.

Pros: Decent food specials with substantial serving sizes. Full food menu and drink specials as well. Wonderful venue/atmosphereCons: slow service (30 min to get bottled drinks), very small drink/draft menu, food was very mediocre (it's a bar, what do you expect) It was a very sport oriented bar with half decent offerings, not my niche but you might enjoy it if you're there for the sports more than food

Just picked up a brand new menu ordered and all the pricing was wrong Pizza wasn't that good the mix and match dinners were terrible so go to lock

This is some of the best pizza around. Would get 5 stars but they are always so slow there. Not enough wait staff.

Very nice place food was good

Last week was the first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the efficient service, with the fine cooking and fine drinks and with the decent charge. We will absolutely come back soon.

Food was good, wish they paid more attention to people who eat there then the drinkers. Poor customer service. Took me 20 min to get another drink.

I love this restaurant! They give marvelous dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that restaurant is very trained, I enjoy very much eating all their dishes. The food is consistently of high class, the attitude towards the visitors is nice. I often go to this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all.

Terrance was my server, SUPER ACCOMODATING. I live down the street and I felt more at home here than I do at my own house. Beers were served ice cold, INSTANTLY! Phillip brought the second round and it same as first very cold and prompt service, decently my new spot for food , cold beer, and service.

We love going out. Last night we visited this superb place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely experience there with great meal and a well-trained crew and a professional chief cook. We added this place in our phone list and we shall definitely return very soon. We deeply recommend.

Food was great, and servers were working hard which i empathize with in this heat, ESPECIALLY wearing a mask. However, whatisconcerning to me is that the masks are not covering their noses, and they are not sanitizing their hands btw tables (ie clearing beer bottles from one table, then bringing plates to another table. Also no enforcement of customers wearing a mask into the restaurant. Their large patio is great, lots of tables. If the safety/sanitation can be corrected, i'd love become back.

Had a 16" thin crust sausage pizza with mushrooms on half. Delicious with a paper thin crust. Dinner service was prompt.

Staff here was absolutely amazing. Food was beyond exceptional. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town
